Description
To achieve a more piquant flavor, mix horseradish with finely grated boiled beetroot (a small piece) and use this mixture to dress the salad.
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Poultry 1 piece
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken by removing the skin and bones, then cut the meat into strips (about 1.5 cm). Do the same with the bell pepper. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add horseradish and mayonnaise to taste, and mix thoroughly. Let the salad sit for a while before serving.
