Jelly Salad with Boiled Eggs
Ingredients
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Green Peas 1 can
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes and eggs, then peel them.
Step 3
Dice the potatoes and cucumbers, mix with corn and peas. Dress with mayonnaise and herbs, and salt to taste.
Step 4
Heat the gelatin (do not boil), let it cool slightly, and mix it with the sour cream, whisking until combined.
Step 5
Combine the gelatin mixture with the salad.
Step 6
Layer the salad, place whole peeled eggs on top, and cover with the remaining salad. Refrigerate overnight.
Step 7
Before serving, invert onto a plate and remove the salad from the mold.
