  • Spanish onions 20 oz
  • Ras el Hanout to taste
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Champignons 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Boil the onions in salted water and blend until smooth. Add honey and spices.
