Ingredients
- Spanish onions 20 oz
- Ras el Hanout to taste
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Champignons 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the onions in salted water and blend until smooth. Add honey and spices.
Step 2
Boil the champignons and slice them.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes and combine them with the mushrooms and onion puree.
Step 4
For the dressing, whisk the vegetable oil with lemon juice.
Step 5
Dress the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
