Ingredients
- Blue Crabs 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Wasabi ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Lime 1 piece
- Onion ½ head
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Ginger 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the crab meat into small pieces.

Finely chop the green onion.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
Step 4
Grate the lime zest and ginger on a fine grater.
Step 5
For the dressing, mix the soy sauce with the cream cheese, mustard, and wasabi. Add the lime zest and ginger.
