- Penne rigate 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken breast in soy sauce and spices, grill for 15 minutes, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Cook the pasta and cool it. Slice the avocado.
Step 3
Mix everything together, add arugula and olives, dress with oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with nuts on top.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, you can add spices to taste and a little ketchup for color.
