  • Iceberg Lettuce 0 oz
  • Marinated cherries 0 oz
  • Watermelon 5 oz
  • Melted Cheese 10 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream to taste
  • Dried Turkey 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut several wedges of melon and arrange them on a plate, decorating as you wish.

Step 2

Slice the dried meat into thin pieces.

Step 3

Place a portion of romaine lettuce on the plate, then add cherry tomatoes (you can also add another type of meat, such as bacon).

Step 4

In a separate bowl, beat the egg, and place the breadcrumbs on a separate plate. Dip the mozzarella circles first in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs. Add a little olive oil to a pan and heat it. Then place the mozzarella in the pan and fry on all sides.

Step 5

Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Add olive oil and balsamic sauce to the salad. Gently mix. You can squeeze a little lemon juice over the breaded mozzarella. This will enhance the flavor and aid digestion.
