Italian Salad with Mango and Prosciutto
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 16 pieces
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Prosciutto 5 oz
- Mango 1 piece
- Pesto 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the hearts of romaine and arugula, dry them, and tear them into bowls.
Step 2
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half and thread them onto wooden skewers, alternating with mozzarella balls. Brush the resulting skewers with pesto sauce.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad leaves.
Step 5
Add mango to each bowl and top with slices of prosciutto.
Step 6
Arrange the skewers of tomatoes and mozzarella around the edge of the plate.
