Description
If desired, to melt the cheese, it can be mixed with warm pasta. It looks beautiful with farfalle pasta.
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Parsley ½ bunches
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta. Drain the water, drizzle with oil to prevent sticking, and let it cool.
Step 2
Chop everything into small pieces, mince the garlic finely, and grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix everything with oil and mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
