Italian Quick Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Red Canned Beans 2 cans
- Canned tuna in its own juice 2 cans
- Pitted olives 2 cans
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Drain the canned beans, corn, olives, and tuna. Chop the olives, rinse the beans, and flake the tuna with a fork. Then add everything to the bowl with the tomatoes and mix. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, and mix again.
Step 3
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese when serving.
