Italian Penne and Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- Penne rigate 10 oz
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Marjoram to taste
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the penne until al dente. Drain the water and add olive oil. Let it cool.
Step 2
Cut the fish into small pieces. Add capers and mix with the penne. Add finely chopped herbs.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix yogurt and mayonnaise, add finely chopped onions and dill.
Step 4
Drizzle the salad with the sauce and sprinkle with marjoram on top.
