- Arugula 5 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the arugula (if necessary) and place it in a bowl. Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or into quarters (depending on size). Add the cherry tomatoes and avocado to the arugula and gently mix.
Step 2
Dressing: mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, stir well, and drizzle over the salad.
