Description

A completely non-binding dressing, just like all Italian cuisine. Ideally, the star of the show is good olive oil, a light hint of garlic, and dried Italian herbs that can be sprinkled straight from the mill. It pairs especially well with slightly bitter salad greens such as arugula, watercress, and endive. However, it can also complement seafood dishes like shrimp or squid. Additionally, it can enhance grain salads like tabbouleh. If the dressing in the jar is not only shaken but also left in a warm place for a while, the dried herbs will release their aroma, making the dressing more fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Shallot 1 head
