Description

Ingredients
- Vodka 10 fl oz
- Birch sap 0 qt
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Reduce the birch sap over low heat until only 250 ml of syrup remains from 1 liter.
Step 2
Place the martini glass in the freezer.
Step 3
Fill a mixing glass or a regular jar with ice.
Step 4
Pour 50 ml of vodka into the jar. The smoother the vodka, the better. Ideally, it should be Russian vodka.
Step 5
Pour 50 ml of evaporated birch sap.
Step 6
Pour into a chilled martini glass.
Step 7
Peel the zest from the lemon. Spritz the surface of the cocktail with the essential oils from the zest. Drop the peel into the glass.
