Description
Can be used as a topping, added to coffee, served with ice cream, or enjoyed straight. The amount of whiskey can vary from 230 to 340 ml.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 15 oz
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Instant coffee 2 teaspoons
- Chocolate 0 oz
- Vanillin 2 teaspoons
- Irish Whiskey 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients except the whiskey until smooth and frothy. Add the whiskey and stir with a spoon.
Step 3
Strain the blended mixture to remove any unmixed egg and coffee residue. Use a funnel to pour the liqueur into clean, sterilized glass bottles.
Step 4
Seal them tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. Shake before use.
