Description
If you don't have Irish whiskey, use bourbon instead.
Ingredients
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Irish Whiskey 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Instant coffee 30 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whip the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Rinse 6 glass mugs with hot water and dry them well with a towel.
Step 3
Pour 4 teaspoons of whiskey into each cup and add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Pour in 180 ml of hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves. Top with 1.5 tablespoons of whipped cream (do not stir) and serve immediately.
