  • Asparagus 5 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 0 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Canned Baby Beets ½ can
  • Salt to taste
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the asparagus and place it in a salad bowl. Then add the finely chopped apple and beans (preferably drained) to the salad bowl with the asparagus.

Step 2

Next, grate the carrot on a coarse grater and finely chop the herbs. Add these ingredients to the salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mix everything well.
