- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Iceberg Lettuce 10 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the water from the can of tuna and crumble the fish into pieces.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the lettuce, and chop the parsley as finely as possible.
Step 3
For the dressing: mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and pepper.
Step 4
Dress the salad ingredients with the lemon dressing and gently mix.
