- Shallot ½ piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce 20 oz

Cut the head of lettuce into 4 parts and thinly slice.

In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, yogurt, herbs, and finely chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and add the lettuce. Season again with salt and mix.
