Description

This ice is very convenient because it's small, and if a child wants fruit ice, you can prepare this summer dessert for them.

Ingredients

  • Honey 0 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds to taste
  • Water 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take ice cube trays (they usually come with the refrigerator), mine are designed for 10 ice cubes — so 10 teaspoons of honey and water; if you have fewer, then 1 teaspoon per tray.

Step 2

Place the honey in the trays. Pour water into the trays, preferably hot.

Step 3

Add the sunflower seeds to the trays.

Step 4

Put them in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 5

After an hour, you can take them out and use them as fruit ice.
