Hungarian Salad 'Janos' with Zucchini and Salami

Ingredients

  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Spicy salami 5 oz
  • Eel 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Sauté in vegetable oil with chopped onion and garlic.

Step 2

Pour the wine into the sautéed mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Slice the salami into rounds.

Step 4

Boil the eggs hard and slice them.

Step 5

Cool the sautéed mixture and mix it with the salami and eggs. Serve on lettuce leaves.
