Ingredients
- White bread 5 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
- Beef tongue 0 oz
- Sprats 3 pieces
- Edam Cheese 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the loaf in half lengthwise and remove the crumb, leaving a layer about the thickness of a pinky finger. Grate the crumb.
Step 2
Pass all the ingredients (except for the butter) along with the grated crumb through a meat grinder, then mix with the butter.
Step 3
Stuff the halves of the loaf with the resulting mixture, press them together, wrap in tight paper, and place in a cool place.
Step 4
Before serving, slice the loaf into thin pieces.
