Hot Sandwiches with Egg
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- French Baguette 2 slices
- Chorizo 2 slices
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, take 2 large slices of white bread (American square sandwich bread works perfectly) and cut out square centers, creating holes in the middle.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the sausage/ham or any main ingredient in butter.
Step 3
Place the bread in the skillet and crack 1 egg into the hole of each slice. Add salt to taste (and other spices if desired). Cook for about 7 minutes until the egg is done.
Step 4
A few minutes before it's done, add the tomatoes so they can roast a little. Top the finished sandwich with the pre-cooked sausage.
