Ingredients
- Beans 2 pieces
- Roquefort cheese 0 oz
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the bread.
Step 2
Cut the cheese.
Step 3
Spread softened butter on one side of the first slice of bread.
Step 4
Place the cheese on the dry side of the bread, then layer with pickled peppers and anchovies.
Step 5
Place the bread with cheese on a cold skillet, butter side down. Top with a second slice of bread.
Step 6
Turn on the stove to medium heat.
Step 7
Press the sandwich with some weight. A heavy plate, skillet, or saucepan will work well.
Step 8
When the bottom of the bread is golden brown, spread butter on the top slice and flip the bread. Continue to toast without a weight.
Step 9
When the bottom side is also golden brown, the grilled cheese is ready.
Step 10
Cut the sandwich in half and eat it immediately.
