- Arugula 1 bunch
- Tiger shrimp in brine 6 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- White Balsamic Cream 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the shrimp in olive oil for 3 minutes on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Add garlic and bell pepper to the shrimp, and sauté for another minute, covered.

Boil the egg 'soft-boiled'.

Place the arugula on plates.
