Hot Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 20 pieces
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta. It's best to use spiral or shell pasta. Let it cool.
Step 2
Dice the ham and add it to the pasta along with the peas.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half and slice the bell pepper into small strips. Sauté for a few minutes in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Boil the green beans if they are frozen. Add them to the skillet with the tomatoes and bell pepper. Sauté for another couple of minutes.
Step 5
Combine the vegetables with the pasta.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Dress with mayonnaise if desired. It can also be enjoyed without it as a main dish.
