- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Mint Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Brandy 5 fl oz
- Fresh Mint 3 stems
- Espresso 25 fl oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a blender, combine the egg, cream, sugar, schnapps, and brandy.
Step 3
Blend for 10 seconds.
Step 4
While continuing to blend, pour in the hot coffee and blend for a little longer.
Step 5
Pour into 6 cups and garnish with mint.
