A great way to replace milk if you don't like it or don't consume it, or like me – if you're observing a fast.
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Coconut Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a cezve, mix the cocoa powder and coconut cream.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix well. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste preferences.
Step 3
Add boiling water to the cezve. The amount of boiling water can also be adjusted based on your taste preferences – it can make the drink thick or thin.
Step 4
Add cinnamon; you can also add other spices if you have them.
Step 5
Place on low heat, bring to a boil, and remove when foam appears. Serve hot; the aroma of cinnamon and cocoa in the kitchen is simply magical. The coconut adds its own special touch.
