Ingredients
- Heavy cream 15 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Marshmallow 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Pour 50 ml of cream into a separate cup.
Step 3
Pour the remaining cream into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling.
Step 4
Add cocoa powder to the hot cream.
Step 5
Then add powdered sugar.
Step 6
Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring continuously with a whisk or spoon.
Step 7
Chop the chocolate with a knife and add it to the cream. Melt completely.
Step 8
To the cold cream that was set aside in the cup, add a teaspoon of cornstarch. Stir well.
Step 9
Pour the cornstarch and cream mixture into the saucepan in a thin stream.
Step 10
Cook, stirring, until the drink thickens slightly for another 2 minutes.
Step 11
Pour the hot drink into cups.
Step 12
Add marshmallows. The drink is ready.
