Description
At Cozy Café, they prepare hot chocolate using an incredibly generous recipe: they melt an entire bar of dark chocolate together with 33% cream, and at the end, they add a marshmallow bomb to the cup. The result is a very thick, very chocolatey, and utterly endless pleasure. Charlie would be pleased. The recipe was shared with us by a barista at Cozy Café.
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- 33% Cream 0 fl oz
- Marshmallow to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan over low heat to melt.
Step 2
Stir in the cream and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
Step 3
Garnish with toasted marshmallows.
