- Cocoa Powder ¼ cup
- Raw cane sugar ¼ cup
- Chocolate 53% 5 oz
- Frangelico Liqueur ¼ cup
- 1% Kefir 4½ cups
- Roasted Peanuts 0 oz
- Water ¼ cup
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and water. Mix the resulting paste well.
Step 2
Pour the milk into a saucepan, place over medium heat, and bring to a boil. Add chopped chocolate and the chocolate paste. Whisk until the chocolate is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the liqueur.
Step 3
Serve topped with whipped cream and hazelnuts.
