Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- 3.2% Milk 15 fl oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Whipped Cream 0 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Granulated sugar a pinch
- Caramel Syrup 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the dark and milk chocolate into pieces.
Step 2
Rinse a mug with hot water. Add 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup to the mug and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
Step 3
Combine the milk, 33% cream, and 50 g of sugar in a saucepan, place over medium heat, stir, and before it reaches a boil, add the broken chocolate. Reduce the heat and cook until the chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Pour the hot chocolate into the mug. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel syrup, and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of granulated sugar.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
