Ingredients
- 3.2% Milk 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 teaspoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Baileys Liqueur 0 fl oz
- Brandy 0 fl oz
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil, add the cocoa powder, and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, add the milk chocolate (if using dark chocolate, add 1 teaspoon of sugar for sweetness), let it melt completely, then return the saucepan to low heat and whisk the mixture until smooth and slightly frothy.
Step 2
Remove from heat, pour into mugs, add the brandy and Baileys, and optionally pipe a dollop of whipped cream on top before serving.
