Beverages • Jewish
Description
You can substitute milk chocolate pieces with white or dark chocolate. Try making this delicate dessert and serve it in cups for your holiday table.
Ingredients
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Tahini 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Muscovado Sugar 0 oz
- Millet 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 3 pieces
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Grease 3 large coffee cups with butter (you can use pudding molds, but cups are more interesting).
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the chopped chocolate and tahini paste, place it over a water bath, and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 4
Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy and doubled in volume.
Step 5
Add the flour and chocolate mixture to the eggs. Divide two-thirds of the batter among the cups, then place a piece of milk chocolate in each, and top with the remaining batter.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes (the cooking time will affect the density of the dessert). Serve slightly cooled.
