- 70% Dark Chocolate 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Tia Maria liqueur 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0.3 cups
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease 4 small heatproof dishes with butter and lightly dust with cocoa.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler until smooth.
Step 3
Using a mixer, beat the egg, yolk, and sugar until light and creamy, then incorporate the chocolate mixture. Next, fold in the liqueur and flour.
Step 4
Divide the batter among the prepared dishes and bake for 12 minutes. Invert the desserts onto warm plates and serve immediately, garnished with ice cream.
