
Hot Chicken Liver Salad

Description
The salad should be served hot. You can get creative with a dressing based on olive oil. This salad pairs well with red wine.
Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 10 oz
- Chicken Liver 10 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Turnips 4 pieces
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mixed salad greens and arrange them on plates. Cut the tomato and radishes and add them to the salad.
Step 2
Wash the liver, trim any excess, and cut it into two large pieces. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the liver steaks in the skillet and quickly sear them on both sides; the liver cooks quickly, but it should not be raw inside! The larger the liver, the longer it will take to cook.
Step 3
Arrange the cooked liver beautifully on the plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds, freshly ground pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil.
