Hot canapés with cheese and mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • White bread 5 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Onion 2 heads

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Cut each slice of bread into pieces about 4x4 cm and toast them on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise with the grated cheese in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the pieces of bread, leaving some aside. Slice the onion into very thin rings and place them on top of each piece of bread. Now place a drop of the remaining cheese and mayonnaise mixture on top of the onion.

Step 3

Arrange the canapés on parchment paper and bake for 5–7 minutes until they are golden brown: keep an eye on them, as they can burn easily. Serve hot.
