Homemade Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- White bread 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the crust from the white bread and cut it into pieces about 1.5 cm in size, place on a baking sheet and dry in the oven.
Step 2
Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the minced garlic.
Step 3
Fry the croutons until golden brown, then place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Rub the chicken breast with salt and fry until cooked, let it cool and cut into pieces. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand, slice the cheese thinly. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Arrange everything on a beautiful plate.
