Homemade Burgers

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Lean Beef 15 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Onion 1 head
  • Beans 3 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Hamburger Bun 8 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Eel 8 pieces
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take 3 pieces of bread, tear them apart, and place them in a large bowl with milk. Mash the bread with a fork until it becomes a paste, then crack the egg into the same bowl. Grate the onion into the bowl, mix everything, add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and spices to taste (I also added cayenne pepper), and mix well. Sprinkle flour on a cutting board and shape the mixture into patties, then fry them.

Step 2

Cut the hamburger buns in half (they are usually connected), pour ketchup on the bottom bun (I used Heinz ketchup for grilling and barbecuing), add a lettuce leaf, place the patty on top, then a slice of cheese, followed by a tomato slice, and you can add a little salt. Repeat this process for all the burgers. I ended up with 8 burgers.
