Ingredients

  • Veal Mince 5 oz
  • Sesame bun 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Bacon 4 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 60 pieces
  • Iceberg Lettuce 0 oz
  • Pickled Cauliflower 40 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Barbecue sauce 0 oz
  • Ketchup 0 oz
  • Chili jam 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 Image

Step 1

First, fry the bacon until it is browned on both sides. In the same skillet where the bacon was cooked, sauté the finely chopped onion until golden. Add a clove of garlic and sauté for a couple more minutes.

Step 2

Add the egg, pepper, and the onion with garlic to the minced meat. Mix well. No need to add salt, as the bacon and sauces will enhance the flavors perfectly without it.

Step 3 Image

Step 3

Sauté the patties in olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. After flipping, place the cheese on top.

Step 4

In the same skillet where the patties were cooked, toast the buns. While the buns are browning, prepare the sauce. You can make whichever sauce you like and have in the fridge. A mix of barbecue sauce, ketchup, and a bit of spicy chili sauce works well. Alternatively, you can make a mustard sauce (preferably Dijon or whole grain) with lemon juice and cream.

Step 5

Assemble the burger. Generously spread sauce on the bottom bun, then add a lettuce leaf, tomato, a cheese patty, pickles, and bacon. Don't forget to spread sauce on the top bun and place it on top of the burger.
