  • Potato 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the beetroot, carrot, and potato in their skins. Then cool, peel, and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and marinate in vinegar for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Clean the herring, separate the fillet from the bones, and cut into small pieces.

Step 4

Layer the potato, spreading mayonnaise on top.

Then layer the herring, onion, carrot, and beetroot. Spread mayonnaise on all layers.
