Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon 10 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Beetroot 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Onion 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the beetroot, potatoes, and carrots until tender.
Step 3
Lower the eggs into boiling water and cook for 13 minutes. Cool them under running water.
Step 4
Cut the herring into small cubes.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Peel the beetroot, potatoes, and carrots. Grate all the vegetables using a coarse grater. Place them in separate bowls, season with salt, and mix with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Grate the eggs finely. Mix them with the mayonnaise as well.
Step 8
Layer half of the potatoes on the bottom of the plate. Then add the herring, onion, eggs, carrot, and the remaining potatoes.
Step 9
Layer the beetroot on top and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 10
Serve the salad at the festive table.
