Ingredients
- Herring 1 piece
- Scallions 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Green Butter 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the herring from skin and bones, remove the insides, and cut it into small cubes, transferring it to a bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the green onion and add it to the herring.
Step 3
Dice the tomato and place it in the bowl.
Step 4
Cube the avocado and add it to the other ingredients.
Step 5
Mix the olive oil and lemon juice.
Step 6
Season the mixture with pepper and dill.
Step 7
Pour the resulting mixture over the tartare and stir.
Step 8
Place lettuce leaves on a plate, set a ring, fill it with tartare, and remove the ring. Garnish with green onion tops and serve.
