Ingredients
- Herring 5 oz
- Dark red seaweed 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove bones from the herring and break it into small pieces.
Step 2
Rinse the pickled champignon mushrooms and mix them with finely chopped fresh dill.
Step 3
Grate the carrot and cucumber on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients with the seaweed and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
