Ingredients
- Fillet of Sturgeon 20 oz
- Pickled Apples 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the herring fillet in milk or water (lightly salted herring can be used without soaking) and chop finely.
Step 2
Wash the apple, peel it, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool them, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 4
Chop the onion into strips or cubes.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients, dress with mayonnaise to taste, and mix.
