  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Green Butter ½ bunch
  • Scallions ½ bunch
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs, wash and dry the lettuce leaves and onion.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onion and lettuce leaves.

Step 3

Peel the eggs.

Step 4

Slice the herring fillet.

Step 5

Cut the eggs into quarters.

Step 6

In a salad bowl, place the chopped greens, eggs, and herring.

To prepare the dressing, mix the vegetable oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper, stir, and dress the salad.
