Description
You can add your favorite herbs to the classic blend - St. John's wort, honeysuckle, lingonberry, thyme, oregano, and others.
Ingredients
- Mint Leaves 2 bunches
- Raspberry leaves 1 bunch
- Black Currant Leaves 1 bunch
- Lemon Balm 1 bunch
- Water 5 qt
- Linden Honey to taste
- Brown Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort through the mixture of fresh herb leaves (the blend), rinse, and dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Fill a large enamel teapot with drinking water (about 3 liters) and place it on the stove. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Immediately add the blend to the teapot.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and wrap in a towel.
Step 5
Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with linden honey and brown sugar.
