  • Red Wine Vinegar 10 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Preserved Lemon ½ piece
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Chopped Mint Leaves 0 oz
  • Chopped Parsley 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Sea Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the onion in a small heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the onion and let it cool.
