Herb Salad with Pomegranate and Pistachios

Description
We remove fresh stains from pomegranate juice with boiling water, and dry ones with hydrogen peroxide.
Ingredients
- Dill 1 bunch
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Mint 1 bunch
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dressing, squeeze the juice from the orange and mix it in a deep bowl with honey and vinegar.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill and green onions. Tear the mint leaves from the stems and break them into small pieces.
Step 3
Break the pomegranate in half and place it in a bowl of water with ice cubes. Carefully remove the seeds from the fruit.
Step 4
Rinse the salad greens with cold water to refresh them, then dry well and tear them by hand if necessary.
Step 5
In a large dish, mix the herbs, onions, salad greens, pomegranate seeds, and shelled pistachios.
Step 6
Before serving the salad to guests, dress it with the sauce and gently mix again.
