Ingredients

  • Cinnamon 0.2 teaspoons
  • Hemp Seeds ⅓ cup
  • Vanilla ¼ teaspoons
  • Water 2 cups

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the seeds in a blender. Add 2 cups of water. Turn on the blender for 1–2 minutes.

Step 2

Strain the seeds from the resulting milk (optional). Pour the milk into a large bowl through a special bag or cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag so that all the milk inside drains into the bowl. Discard the seed pulp left in the bag.

Step 3

If desired, sugar can be added to the milk. Pour the milk into a container and place it in the coldest part of the refrigerator. The milk can be stored for 2–3 days.
