Ingredients
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Carrot ½ piece
- Rice Noodles 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Soy Sauce 5 oz
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the starch noodles for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Cut the cabbage, carrot, and cucumber into thin long strips.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and red chili pepper.
Step 4
Add salt and sugar to taste.
Step 5
Dress with a mixture of sesame and soy sauce.
Step 6
Mix well and sprinkle with 'Malasyan' seasoning.
Step 7
Cut the pork into thin long strips and fry over high heat until golden brown, adding oil. Place on top of the salad.
